I've been a member for years, so thought I should probably start using it :p:o In fact when I first went a few weeks back and logged in, it told me the last time I was there was 2009  :rotfl:

All the cross trainers, exercise bikes and treadmills have screens on them, so I tend to go when there's something on the telly I want to watch! Makes it slightly easier. I just do flat out cardio, no weights or anything at the moment.

I've got a cross trainer. I'm just too lazy to use it :o

My treadmill has been folded up in the corner for about 18 months. I might try and use the cross trainer in the morning. Maybe

It's 30 minutes of my life. It shouldn't be that difficult
