All the cross trainers, exercise bikes and treadmills have screens on them, so I tend to go when there's something on the telly I want to watch! Makes it slightly easier. I just do flat out cardio, no weights or anything at the moment.

My treadmill has been folded up in the corner for about 18 months. I might try and use the cross trainer in the morning. Maybe
