I may mention some Avs T etc. as well.
Or...for example this one.
A CBY Fig Rolls (200g) have been Avs T's 49p.
However, despite calling Aldi expensive recently, I've found Belmont Biscuit Co. Fig Rolls (200g) there today ... for 39p!0 -
Evening guys - still miles behind but determined to catch up properly. Just popping in with some good news. I got a phone call from Breast Care Unit offering me a cancelation appointment so I went to see specialist, had ultrasound scan, didn't do mammogram as just had one in March, but realieved to find that the 'lump' was a cyst of fluid from my fall, and they removed the fluid straight away by needle - didn't feel a thing and just a slight hardened area there now, scar tissie from my fall, which will go away
I am really impressed at the way this was dealt with by NHS system - put my mind at ease quickly but, had things been different, would have got treatment very quickly. A big thumbs up to NHS on this one :j
I know lots of hugs needed right now around the Elite - savvy sal, rose, to name a couple so hugs to all who need them
I will post more when I eventually catch up

I'm even thinking about joining the gym
I've been a member for years, so thought I should probably start using it
In fact when I first went a few weeks back and logged in, it told me the last time I was there was 2009  :rotfl:
All the cross trainers, exercise bikes and treadmills have screens on them, so I tend to go when there's something on the telly I want to watch! Makes it slightly easier. I just do flat out cardio, no weights or anything at the moment....those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
