Just been to my local tesco for more rustlers and blossom hill mins only to be told that they no longer take any coupons other than their own. Is this just my store being awkward or is it a general "latest" policy?
Just wondering if its worth me going to a larger store in another town tonight before the offers finish tonight, or is it worth me ringing customer services to complain?
Thanks in advance for any advice

Hi, I personally think that the policy changes like the weather!!! I think it all depends on the staff. I've only ever had my mocs rejected by one sa.who called the supervisor...I just don't go to her anymore:rotfl:

If you really want to use your mocs I'd try later tonight, or another store...if its not too much out of your way.:)

Sorry logie. I was only doing a coupon shop:(

Never seen these in A for £9:(

Not your fault TM, I thought it was a cracking deal :D
I wanted to get some wine anyway and thought I might be able to pop it in and it come back N/A. I checked 'meals for 2' section and 'indian food' section of A.com and there weren't any boxed meals so thought i'd be safe to combine shops :( Turns out they are in a separate take away section of A.com

Only saving grace that of my shop was with the coupons.
I had one of the 'half price Special K' vouchers put through the door yesterday.
Newish SA wasn't sure what to enter when it prompted for the amount. She called supervisor who was a bit snotty with her and said 'it's not difficult'. When I checked she'd deducted full price :j Plus I picked up the Red Berries type so I can claim some pennies back through Shopitize :D

Quick warning - don't buy the Indian meal for 2 that TM posted about as part of a T vs A shop. Compared £5 at T to £9 at A and wiped out my PP :(

To be fair, I think it was about the chef's pledge voucher rather than a PP shop, wasn't it? Might be wrong.:o

    Yes, I know that :p I did a coupon shop vs A
The chefs pledge voucher came off fine :D
Had a quick search on A.com for 'indian meals' and nothing came up so wanted to highlight it in case anyone else was as daft as me :o

Thanks for posting about the meals in the first place TM, and logie, what a shame about your TPP, This kind of thing really gets me wound up about the whole scheme, they should have a clear way of telling us in advance what will and won't compare, it can get very sneaky at times. I too did a search on A's last night and couldn't find a matching comparison. Thank you for taking the hit for others of us on here logie, I was planning to get some of these later if I get the chance, but i'm not yet sure if it would have been on a comparison shop or not, now I know it won't be and i'll just use whatever vouchers I can get passed the SA !!!!

Checked on t.com website and under in-store faqs it says ....

I have a coupon for a branded product (e.g 50p off any Persil product). Can I spend this at your store? Yes, we'd be happy to accept these coupons as long as you've purchased the product (one voucher will be accepted per product), and the terms and conditions on the coupon are met. We do not accept damaged or copied coupons.
I've printed a coupon off from the internet. Do you accept these in your stores? We're happy to accept internet coupons as long as the terms and conditions on the coupon have been met and the coupon has a barcode.

so to my mind they should have accepted them but as I was previously banned from this store I didn`t want to make too much of a fuss but think I`ll go try somewhere else before I ring customer sevices and kick off.

Well we've just had the £1:57 t lasagne....mixed reviews in our house
Monkey 1.... Picked out the pasta and ate that...leaving the rest scraped to one side
Monkey 2... Looked at it...mumbled, put some on a fork, which promptly got spat back out...followed by "no" and then cried....:D.

I on the other hand thought it was quite nice:)

Probably wont be buying that again....:rotfl:

Afternoon all, not very happy, had hair done and although I quite like the colour it has not really hidden the grey (not really grey they are pure white) at all the highlights aren't light enough I assume.

Giving up on trying to contact Ryanair

Bet this is another way That Michael O'leary has cut his costs - not having enquiry lines staffed :(

Thought he was joking when he said that he was having the last few rows of seats taken out of aircraft and having standing room only but wouldn't surprise me - he was also saying that he was going to charge £1 to use the loo
