Someon was just asking about t's coupon policy, couldnt have come at a better time:D
Just recieved this email back after the trouting i got on Sunday

    Thank you for your email.

I was very sorry to learn you were unable to redeem your coupons when visiting our xxxx store recently. I can appreciate how disappointed you must feel.

To clarify our policy for you, we currently accept product related coupons, as long as the exact product detailed on the coupon is purchased. Only one coupon per product can be accepted, i.e. if you have three coupons for cornflakes, three boxes must be purchased to enable you to use all three vouchers.

From your email, it would appear that you had met the above criteria. However, it would seem that my colleague had experienced difficulties scanning your coupon at the till and disappointingly refused to accept them.

So that I can ensure this matter is dealt with accordingly, I would be grateful if you could provide the sequence of numbers from along the bottom of your receipt. This will allow us to identify the exact time of your visit and the member of staff who served you.

I would also like to send you a small gesture of goodwill, by way of an apology. Therefore, if you could provide me with your full address and post code, I would be very grateful.

Afternoon all, not very happy, had hair done and although I quite like the colour it has not really hidden the grey (not really grey they are pure white) at all the highlights aren't light enough I assume.

Ah Flo(()), its so hard to hide those pesky greys...I keep saying I'd like to do a Helen Mirren and embrace the greys...when the time comes, but looking at mum and Nan, that's not going to happen.:D
Think v light at the front, darkening towards the back!!!!
So for now I'm sticking with nice and easy:rotfl:

Checked on t.com website and under in-store faqs it says ....

I have a coupon for a branded product (e.g 50p off any Persil product). Can I spend this at your store? Yes, we'd be happy to accept these coupons as long as you've purchased the product (one voucher will be accepted per product), and the terms and conditions on the coupon are met. We do not accept damaged or copied coupons.
I've printed a coupon off from the internet. Do you accept these in your stores? We're happy to accept internet coupons as long as the terms and conditions on the coupon have been met and the coupon has a barcode.

so to my mind they should have accepted them but as I was previously banned from this store I didn`t want to make too much of a fuss but think I`ll go try somewhere else before I ring customer sevices and kick off.

    I like! :D
Here's something i'll be printing out to add to my coupon folder. :rotfl:

Thanks for posting about the meals in the first place TM, and logie, what a shame about your TPP, This kind of thing really gets me wound up about the whole scheme, they should have a clear way of telling us in advance what will and won't compare, it can get very sneaky at times. I too did a search on A's last night and couldn't find a matching comparison. Thank you for taking the hit for others of us on here logie, I was planning to get some of these later if I get the chance, but i'm not yet sure if it would have been on a comparison shop or not, now I know it won't be and i'll just use whatever vouchers I can get passed the SA !!!!

That's where MySuperList is really helpful because you can scan it and see what will compare. I am shopping so much better now.
