Personally, I would give it a few more days as they can be particularly slow/unreliable with the M update. Another vote for any Huawei phbone. They're very advanced for the price. And if you buy them from carphonewarehouse (whose phones are usually unlocked but do ask) with a topup remember you can sell them to get 60% of the topup cash back, give it to charity, buy apps with it (and ones like Whatsapp might save you money).

Oh yeah and if its an Orange one you might get cheasp cinema tickets on Wednesdays if that still happens!

Only reservation about Ovivo is they're new. If you need your number for business reasons a new network might be a problem if anything went wrong in the future (but there's no signs of any problems).
