    Morning all.

Wow, that sounds like a fantastic holiday Silvercar. I'd love to do something like that one day. Was it an organised trip or diy?

Hope you remain pain free today Yogurt Queen. Reminded me of the time my DH had a tooth out - the day before we went on holiday. The dentist gave him all kinds of paraphanalia to take in case of problems while we were away and told him to rinse it three times a day with salt water. At the airport we realised we hadn't packed any salt and ran round like mad things trying to acquire a supply of little sachets from the food places. Silly us - they do actually have salt in Canada!

Been away on an amazing holiday. California. Started at Los Angeles, travelled up the coast to San Francisco then down through Yosemite national park and Death Valley to Vegas. Managed to include a helicopter ride within the Grand Canyon. Now at LV airport awaiting our flight home.

Ooooh, we did this trip a few years ago. Loved Yosemite, but what made me laugh was all the signs in Death Valley telling you to turn off your air conditioning!!!!!! I know there are reasons behind it but, seriously :eek:

My guess earlier was correct, buy
    6 x BH
    3 x Sauvignon blanc

get a pp for approx £9.97*

    * It will be slightly less as they have lowered the BH to £1.99 from £2.29 or 2 for £3

Hi, does anyone know if the Hardy's is still comparing please?

Sorry to hear about your toast. Its rotten when that happens. But Marmite! Yuk. I wouldn't polish Stan's shoes with the stuff.

No, i'm not drunk now. I did something pretty stupid - I drank about five large whiskeys and slept it off. Was petrified of the anasthetic wearing off. I hope it doesn't set me back in regards to healing of the wound. I can feel the stitches. Yesterday was traumatic. Felt like my head was being ripped apart by the dentist.

Well, in the Westerns you always see the likes of Doc Holliday and Wyatt Earp pouring whisky over gunshot wounds to disinfect them - so I'm sure your whisky will have done your poorly gum a lot of good !
