What is your highest achievement on any game, especially online?

I beat Uncharted 3 on Crushing and that was pretty cool. It was the first game I'd chosen to beat once then go again on the toughest difficulty. I mainly played games with no difficulty settings in the past. GTA for example. Or I usually just play Normal (how TPTB intended it to be played!) and complete it and I'm done. But when I decided to do that and I achieved it... It felt huge.
It's not huge, I know. Only a couple of levels are difficult really. But yeah
When I prestiged on CoD BLOPS2 I felt pretty good too. And one time I got something like 40 kills 3 deaths. Man. It felt like a HUGE achievement!
I'm not an achievement hunter so I don't spend a lot of time trying to get high scores.
But one of my screen shots is in the IGN article for The Last Of UsHi. I'm a Board Guide on the Gaming, Consumer Rights, Ebay and Praise/Vent boards. A toss up between the first time I killed Nefarian in World of Warcraft back in the days when it was stupendously difficult or starting to be recognised as one of the better Burnout 3 players on XBL.Retired member - fed up with the general tone of the place.0

Gotta be killing Deathwing on WoW on Heroic difficulty before the nerfs came in to make it simple0

Highest achievement would be acquiring all 60 Gold trophys on Gran Turismo 5 licence tests. I've driven all the GT series but thats the first time I've ever golded every licence.
I think I'm done with the series now. The early ones were fun to drive but as the developers have gone for more and more realism they've increasingly lost the fun element.
Its for the serious driving simulation geek/driving pro wannabes only now, the standards are so high that the average gamer stands little chance of achieving more than a bare pass in events. If you want silver or gold, you're going to have to put in a serious amount of effort if you're not related to Louis Hamilton.Blessed are the geeks, for they shall inherit the Internet.0 -

Agree fully with what you're saying, it's lost the arcade feel to it. Even though GT3 was very realistic for the time, you could have fun playing with a control pad. Now you just can't play unless you have a steering wheel and now every racing line off by heart.0 -
I got to "Deadly" on Elite on the Amiga.... must have been really close to "Elite" too

Getting to 128th in the multiplayer rankings on Sniper Ghost Warrior on the Xbox.
I was chuffed with that.
On Battlefiled3 I'm somewhere around 33k+ lol
Now though I have moved over to the PC and have a long way to go to get to the same rank.0 -

I got "deadly" on the Spectrum, took forever and because I never knew how many kills I had until I got the Elite status I sort of decided to hang up my OCD on that point and move on to something else.
They are remaking Elite though"Don't blink. Blink and you're dead. They are fast. Faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back. Don't look away. And don't blink. Good Luck" - The Doctor.0 -
Mine was completing the "Moonraker" level on Goldeneye N64, possibly the hardest level I ever played in any game, I only did it once and how many times did I die on top of the final ladder before launching the shuttle!0

It was a long way from "Deadly" to "Elite", almost twice as many kills iirc
I managed to become Elite on the Acorn Electron, then again on the BBC Master 128k. Its still one my all time favourite games, certainly on the amount of hours I put into it it must be :eek:Blessed are the geeks, for they shall inherit the Internet.0
