    You need skills for retail
But that is hard to believe when you see and hear some of the ones that gets employed
I doubt you do since I went into retail with House of Fraser from leaving school and then was asst manager of a dept by the time I was 19.

I visited the jobcentre yesterday and had a lovely time.

I noticed that my advisor was a lot happier than usual. What could be the cause of this? Her birthday? A marriage proposal from her long suffering other-half? But no - "work experience is coming up soon".

When I asked if admin was available, there was no answer. She just started talking about it "being good for you" and that "it'll look good on your CV"

Then she started waffling about the retail sector again, despite me telling her twice before that I don't have the personality for it. So she reminded me that I have to do any job that I'm capable of. So I asked her if dancing around the shopping centre in a clown suit, would be deemed "capable" within the JSA requirement. She replied "obviously within reason" haha. These advisors are incredible, they know me better than I know myself!

dont they realise over time an endless list of pointless courses on your cv will be just as bad as having nothing on it.

Which was part of the problem so the WP was created it was claimed, now it's part of the supposed solution, tucking boxes doesn't help when each person and situation is different, onesizefitsall was a problem and now it's a solution so this shows that they are extremely desperate for ideas and getting beyond just scraping the barrel

Mine was to say about signing every week and a pointless fortnight course and loads of paper that belong in the recycling bin, I erred in giving a mobile number that they never use and they lied that they need permanent access to UJM, it's just pointless nonsense to punish us for the WP's massive failure
I hope your dad will be ok
