What you want to do it all the talking so they don't get a word in. I have to ask what the next steps are to make a formal complaint against my WP and lodge with the head of the DWP too so that should be fun.

I keep reading of horrible and sometimes lying JCP and WP advisers.

It would be easy-peasy to video the meetings with audio using any number of covert devices that are available at eBay for a small outlay.

I'll include links to the best ones I've tried later in this post. All of them will record continuously for at least one hour before it needs recharging. The footage is saved to a micro sd card placed in the device and for an hour's worth then a 4gb card would be necessary.

To view what's been recorded, plug the device into the computer with the supplied USB cable. If you want to discard the footage, simply delete it from the device. To keep it as evidence or for future reference, leave it on the device or transfer it to any device (your computer itself, maybe) to free up space so as to record different footage on the device.

Armed with one of those, if you should find yourself sat across a desk from an overbearing pig or one who tells you something that they later deny then you'll have undeniable evidence.

talking alot is a good tip. sadly i am not great at it and would probably end up putting my foot in it.

i noticed in the wp providers office here they have signs up saying recording devices not allowed. so they've made it against the rules to catch them out.
