Quite odd considering using a PC, photocopier, filing, taking calls/messages, maintaining records, resolving queries etc are junior office functions and you do all those as part of job seeking.
Yet when there's training offered to make you more cut out you're looking for excuses to call the provider rather than see it as an opportunity to become capable of doing many of those jobs you're choosing to exclude yourself from.0 -
Poor keyboard skills because of what?0

When it comes to JSA you're quick to call AO's on all manner of technical points relating to claiming. Add research to AO level to job seeking skills such as PC use, photocopier, filing, taking calls/messages, maintaining records, resolving queries, an office job becomes very feasible, certainly at AA level. Then there's private companies that may have even lower job requirements.
So saying you're not capable is no excuse. Convenient, but no excuse.0 -

Why hopeless on the phone too? More practice makes better on the phone! We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
