maybe because they would rather see those that actually want to work...just a thought!!!0

Why you clearly will not listen to any advice given because your the jcp expert, are you not?0

Wrong again.. letes break it down for you...
RE. refusal to accept a job or apply for a job that you have been matched to.
ASE. failure to actively seek work, failure to take all the steps as agreed in your jsag.
as Ive said before even if there are a number of jobs stated on your jsag the dm will not take that into consideration. as the front of your jsag overides that where it says you will apply for any vacancies that you are capableof doing.
It actually tells you all this in your es40 if you bothered to read it.
on the last bit i have just looked at mine and it does not say that anywhere on it.0 -

Which again is what I had originally said but you tried to make out I was wrong...and I suggest you read both side front and back!!!0 -

My advisor says she doesn't need to see me hence only going once every 6 weeks or so.
Most likely because your doing everything you can possibly do to find a job, that is also a reason someone would end up on a bau caseload. I feel you are in the minority though when it comes to this forum.0 -

Do you think professional means bending to somebody else s opinion?
I have to follow rules and procedures and where those are not clear or unjust I can use my own discretion. Mine is a proactive role helping people who are experiencing difficulty or problems using our machines.
If the person I'm dealing with is ranting and raving, I treat them just the same as I would somebody who is as nice as pie.0 -
