this is coming from someone who will sanction someone if they dont make a copy of every app they do and bring it in when they sign.

Lol you really do like to make thiings up in your own little twisted mind dont you? I have never once said that.

and this is an example of a stupid rule. one person does 100 apps gets sanctioned. another person does 10 apps doesnt get sanctioned.

Gosh I see more and more why your unemployed, if someone is paid jsa for a 2 week period and only look for 3 days no they are not entitled to payment...is it really that hard to grasp

daily signing? lol. at mine advisers are struggling to see all their clients regularly. one person i know has not seen their adviser since july. i went from early october to mid december without seeing mine.

maybe because they would rather see those that actually want to work...just a thought!!!

can i ask how does the new thing apply to those who do voluntary work?

Why you clearly will not listen to any advice given because your the jcp expert, are you not?

actually from reading the thread the supposedly correct jobcentre advisers are effectively attacking anyone who dares ask for help etc on forums as work shy or not interested in jobs and you'd also get the impression that the jobcentre could do no wrong and is just there to help and that sanctions are a last resort as opposed to something they used to threaten anyone who is unemployed

But you are not asking for help, you are asking how to effectively do as little as possible to receive payment. And then when advice is given only abuse to a response is given, you have been on this forum all day...so what exactly are you being paid jsa for?

the poster is talking rubbish. you can get sanctioned for not applying for a job you were refered for. you can get sanctioned for not applying for a reasonable number which is likely to be stated on your agreement. if you have applied for all jobs you were refered for and you have applied for the number stated on your agreement they cant sanction you based on doing a search there and then and finding a job you didnt apply for listed.

Wrong again.. letes break it down for you...

RE. refusal to accept a job or apply for a job that you have been matched to.

ASE. failure to actively seek work, failure to take all the steps as agreed in your jsag.

as Ive said before even if there are a number of jobs stated on your jsag the dm will not take that into consideration. as the front of your jsag overides that where it says you will apply for any vacancies that you are capableof doing.

It actually tells you all this in your es40 if you bothered to read it.
  • Really?...

Refusing access to UJM, presenting insufficient or minimal evidence of job seeking over the last period, not applying for advertised jobs aren't rule breaks?

You don't have to allow access to UJM

I haven't asked any questions and why keep repeating the lie that asking about the rules means doing the minimum possible? This comment from you is why I don't view your comments as useful or helpful

Do you tell the people being !!!!!! what they want to hear or give the correct advice even if it's not what they want to hear?
I'm not too sure what you are getting at with this post.

Let me say I'm professional at all times, even when I am being verbally abused. If I wasn't I would soon find myself looking for work again.
