Well said, I personally am grateful to CSMW she doesn't need to spend her spare time on here telling us how the system works (something that I would doubt a local adviser would be happy to do). Once you know a bit more how things do work then you can start to understand it, the part I find most frustrating about the JC is you are just told stuff no explanation as to why. I thank CSMW for enlightening me how the 'not applying for enough jobs' rule works.

Thank you that's kind, it's important customer know where they stand in lay terms as a lot of the info we give out is confusing to say the least.

Lies? What are you on about? Yes she told me she cant help me gets interviews. Surely interviews is how you get a job.

She is helping me get a file from the Work Programme if you really want to know. She emailed me an update and I have contacted the WP again who say I have to request the data via the JC as they are the Data Holder so I have emailed her again twice this week with updates and asked for a time when she thinks the WP are going to give her this info as its been since September

And no I cant email a job search to her as I have told you she has never signed me and my JSA says it has to be written on the sheets they give me.

Ok I'm done arguing with you.

But I'll leave you with this there is no legal requirement for jobsearch to be on those sheets as long as the information you provide is comprehensive and checkable it would be sufficient for the dm's. it is up to you how you provide such info

Yeah well I am sure they will go down really well with my JC NOT!!!

Like Id believe what people put on here regarding the JC. I do as mine tells me unless it's in writing elsewhere and I guess it's not.

Yeah but I am not blind, or someone who speaks no English (how are they going to a get a job I will never know).

Maybe it's legislation for them, not for me unless you have a link so share with us all. Or shall I say when I sign next week that I am going to read them off my phone.....oh no don't have one.:rotfl: Cant do that if you are blind or short of the English Language.

    Let's ask here

Who shows a written record of job applications and who reads them out (by memory if you are blind I guess)?

So your earlier statement were lies then, when you said they cant help you, you couldn't email your job search to them etc?

Ok will do are you on the WP or PWPS... Have they advised you about the daily signing they are looking at doing?
Stop picking an argument & trying to get sympathy.

More like your nonsense of you regularly seeing people driving £40k cars & signing on, what a load of old claptrap ! Who in their right minds would put themselves through it if they were in that position.

And what, are they still thinking of enforcing daily signing, how stupid is that !

This is the sort of clueless incompetent organisation you work for, persecuting the unemployed driven by Tory ideology & clueless Iain Duncan Smith.

Picking an argument really? I'm simply responding in the manner that I have been spoken to.

Erm ok because you work at the jobcentre so you see what I see??

And yes Daily signing will be enforced from January.

And yes I work for them as I love my job it enables me to feed my children.

I made a mistake once and took the wrong book with me to my signing appointment  I was mortified and as soon as I realised panicked, thought I would definitely get a sanction. To the credit of my advisor that day they just asked me if I could recall what I had done to find work that period and I told her - she signed me ok. Not all the advisors are bad (I was luckly that day who I saw)
