Yes as far as I'm aware, I've had customer who didn't like it or changed their minds. But I can fully check the rules tomorrow if you like.0 -

I was pushed very close to the brink thanks to one who did all in their power to sanction me despite me doing over and above what was requested. I even said I wouldn't mind if they put me on a work placement somewhere (was already sorting out charity work).

Well said, I personally am grateful to CSMW she doesn't need to spend her spare time on here telling us how the system works (something that I would doubt a local adviser would be happy to do). Once you know a bit more how things do work then you can start to understand it, the part I find most frustrating about the JC is you are just told stuff no explanation as to why. I thank CSMW for enlightening me how the 'not applying for enough jobs' rule works.0 -

So your earlier statement were lies then, when you said they cant help you, you couldn't email your job search to them etc?
She is helping me get a file from the Work Programme if you really want to know. She emailed me an update and I have contacted the WP again who say I have to request the data via the JC as they are the Data Holder so I have emailed her again twice this week with updates and asked for a time when she thinks the WP are going to give her this info as its been since September
And no I cant email a job search to her as I have told you she has never signed me and my JSA says it has to be written on the sheets they give me.We’ve had to remove your signature.
