They are getting such a holes some of them. He had the cheek to tell me not to slouch. He said treat this as a job interview. I said i might ask to change advisor and he said alot of people do. Weird.

“DWP advisers cannot specify to claimants how they provide evidence of their job search activity. However, to get Jobseeker’s Allowance, claimants must show the DWP adviser they are actively seeking work and doing all that can reasonably be expected to give themselves the best prospects of employment. The onus is on the claimant to provide evidence of their job search activity (by whatever means they choose). Therefore, DWP advisers will base their assessment on the evidence the claimant has provided. If this is insufficient and the adviser is not completely satisfied the claimant has met the actively seeking work requirement a referral to a Decision Maker will be made. If the Decision Maker decides that insufficient evidence has been provided by the claimant without good reason, this will affect benefit.”

He's pushing his luck and hoping you'll allow access, you haven't and that's the best option from my experience with the PWP ones, the above is their rules so you don't even need to print it if you don't want to, as long as you provide what you've done to find work then you've done what you have to.
I do think that the PWP are there to treat people like !!!!! and stress/anger/upset people into quitting benefits such as JSA

If i dont allow them access and i dont print off how do i prove what i have done. He said its all online now.

i want to be fully clued up.

The logbooks they give you are still valid

I have never been told it's all online and their rules don't say that either as they say it's your choice how to show your records

What? Writing a list was not valid?

Ask him if he knows that on the UJM jobs you apply for and those you add noted for ie ones applied for say on Reed ONLY stay on the UJM site for90 days?

Ask him then after 90 days what proof do you have or they come to think of it that you have applied for these jobs?

What if they were to try and sanction people for a job back 92 days ago what proof would the 'client' have?

Say you keep all your logs and want to continue writing them down.

the diary sheets they provide are acceptable otherwise why have them if they arent. if they were to refer you for a sanction which i dont think they will you could then go to the library to print out your record from the site. doing it as a one off to beat a sanction is better than falling for their lies and doing it every fortnight.

you can get diary sheets from the people at the entrance. thats what i do.

I dont have a log books so shall i ho in and ask for one or wait until i see him again and ask for one and in the meantime write it on a piece of paper.
