Good to see BT reps taking an interest. I've sent several technical emails concerning the non-availability of BT Sport over broadband so far without reply. I've tried since 1 August to stream video without success. I get as far as seeing the connection whirly-thing going round but never connect.
My guess is that BT have a massive problem that they're not admitting to and there isn't sufficient bandwidth to service all customers so some(me) have to go without. The service is obviously not fit for purpose as the multitude of complaints on the BT Forums indicates. The broadband service is fine but I could and did get that at much lower cost.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0
