Just having a cuppa then I shall knit my 76th square then I am getting Henry out and vacuuming the whole hovel... I don't care who is still in bed at that point!! I am then washing the carpet in the middle room and possibly the hallway too... I am sick of the smell of cat and child pee.
I intend making everyone else do the picking up etc.. and I have a wheelie bin to fill before binday tomorrow!!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Aww, I dropped DS off at his first day at summer club today
He was perfectly fine despite all the hoohaa a few weeks back and refusing to go on visits when preschool wanted to take him. He just needed to do it in his own time. I expect they are having a ball. And I let him take is Spider-Man bag as he's a big boy now and doesn't need his baby nursery bag any more
Grey and drizzly here with heavy rain forecast next 2 days - poss even localised flooding due to rain falling on parched ground :eek:Bossymoo

back from the best weekend away ever. 3 days in sunny (well quite misty actually) sheringham
As I was working, and OH was off this weekend, he went up there as well and stayed with my father, OH said it was misty and cold at times, they had dinner at the Cliftonville and watched folk go by well wrapped up in coats etc.
And last weekend, my nephew who is a summer lifeguard on Cromer beach with his co worker saved 2 girls from the rip tide as they got into trouble, so he is well chuffed with himself.
Glad you had a good time and came back to a lovely front garden.

I really need to hoover the lounge floor today - it is MINGING! Discarded shoes, socks, cushions and throws to rehome before dealing with dog hairs, dust, ash, straw, grass seeds brought in on shoes from the garden - you name it, it is in my lounge! The kitchen is pretty disgusting too.
100 mile round trip to the dentist this afternoon along with a visit to a dear friend afterwards who lives in that direction.
Off downstairs I go ...... to make a coffeeA girl cannot work without a drop of caffeine
Kids are gonna be in for a surprise - they've sat on their rumps on the Xbox and mobiles since they got up. They're more than capable of sweeping the kitchen floor and rehoming.
Laters xx
