this sounds like a good idea terrymats but should you really be planning to offer anyone anything until you have the results of the research? although i'm pretty sure what you are suggesting would be a good idea i would hav thought that a pricing plan would be part of a business/marketing plan when you would be looking at competitore pricing and likely cost implications of giving such an offer???
hoovers free flights offer springs to mind ..... http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=701Official DFW Nerd 210

To date I have seen nothing on this thread to convince me I should spend my time providing information for "research"..... If I genuinely believed the OP was serious, I would gladly give my time, however, the complete lack of any content on the part of the OP, and my love of googling email addresses led me to conclude very early on that my time would be better spent elsewhere.
That said, if I saw a little content to the OP's comments, I would be more than willing to assist, as I always am (where I can). If that all sounds rather negative, my apologies, life and the internet just makes you that way sometimes.
Hi Tojo Ralph/Terrymats
I've also googled said data and am not sure about the findings, more worryingly I actually worried about the amount of information there is to find! I may well have have Terrys mobile number, address and name of company registered, even came up with the planning permission application for an air conditioning unit and how much he bought his house for (that he moved into just over a year ago)! - didn't realise I was that good and believe me i wasnt really trying! But then again - maybe i dont have it I could have lost the plot completely! lol !
Terry, can you enlighten us as to your background/plans a little more?
Who is Sphinx Softwares Ltd?
Tojo, dunno wot you came up with??

I won't go into exactly what I found, (not limited to googling), suffice to say, having read the original posts, here's a sampler of exactly what I did expect to find.

That said, I'll let other forum users make up their own minds as to just how serious Terry really is, whether or not we will see more substance to Terry's "plans", and whether or not they wish to subscribe to a a website that I see as little more than a website aimed at harvesting the email addresses of known and active EBayers.

i agree completly with tojo here. terry has £10,000 a month to invest and is a good developer and he has set up "some of the big sites". what sites are these? point us in the direction because as tojo said at the moment you just seem to want a whole load of email addresses yet you have nothing to back up your stories.
i think its all a bit of bull0 -
I've stayed out of this thread for a while as I thought I was just being too negative and wanted to give the OP a chance.
However, I did not sign up for his investigation site as I don't like giving my details without knowing what I am signing up for.
With things like this MSE forum you can see what it is and can opt in for Martin's tips (which are wonderful) but you know in advance what you are getting, it isn't all hidden or secret. With Terry's site all it tells you before you register is that he has an anti spam policy, yet he won't say what you actually do get if you let him have your email address.
A web site developer would know this was not an acceptable way to work.
I was also conscious that we do sometimes get trolls on here, some better than others and am just too suspicious.

YABB is a commercial software package and the one MSE used to use for its forums before it moved over to Vbulletin...

If there is any doubt to Terrys motives and the link to his site on the referrers board why not just delete both threads.0

Maybe we should wait to hear what Terry has to say and you are right but Tojo you are right, a bit of name dropping wouldn't hurt??

I was aware, when posting, that YABB was a free software package ..... In this case however, I just felt the acronym was rather apt.
