I have seen that Richard Henstock is dissolving Agri Firma Capital.
Capital alternatives are still asking for investors.
Does anyone know anything about this?

i wouldn't go near.
however, i have Eclectica Agriculture in my ISA and Sarasin AgriSar in my SIPP. Agriculture is an important sector to be exposed to, imo.

Capital Alternatives taken to court over investment schemes
http://www.fca.org.uk/news/capital-alternatives-court-investment-schemesThe court action we have taken focuses on two investment schemes:- African Land (also known as Agri Capital) which offers investments in rice farm harvests in Sierra Leone, and is operated by African Land Limited.
- Reforestation Projects (also known as Capital Carbon Credits) which offers investments in carbon credits generated from land in Sierra Leone, Brazil and Australia. It is operated by Reforestation Projects Limited.
