Thumbs up for DPD

Just thought I'd mention how great DPD are.

I've had about 10 - 15 deliveries from them. They always text and send an email to give an hour that they will deliver - and they have never been outside that hour.

If they are going to start changing that to 30 mins slots instead and you can check how many parcels are to be delivered before you then that is fab.

I'm actually happy with Yodel - I'm lucky that my local person is very reliable but they are nowhere near in the same league as DPD.

I'd gladly pay a bit more for DPD and it would definately influence my decision on who to buy from. However, I find it difficult to know which companies use which delivery firms - never seem to find it on people's websites. If I ran a website that used DPD I'd make a big thing of it.
