Hi all,
I also applied for a mortgage with natwest! Im soo excited and cant wait to get an offer! I have been rejected in january when my self and hubby applied together due to his bad credit file.. our nortgage broker then said to wait for 6 months for all search to clear in order to make a new application.
So this time around i only applied myself.. and here is the time line..
Monday 1st july: gave offer to property and passed the credit check by the agency which was bairstow eves (who like to take their own soft search and introduce thier own mortgage team)
Thursday 4th July: made an official application to Natwest! This was so bloody nerve wrecking
Friday 5th July: Lender aksed for copy of the documents.. so i sent via the bank.
Received a mail back saying please give 2 to 4 workong ti days to analyse.
Friday 5th July: surveyors booked in for 8th july (followong monday)
So now here i am although its a sunday and i need to rest with 2 kids at home, i still cant hold myself from checking emails every 2 second.
Im worrying that i may be rejected again due to jan application which was done woth halifax.
One thing i like about natwest online web is that you can actually track yoir application whic is so cool and releaxing.0 -

We had to go with Aldermore due to my partners poor credit, hopefully it will only be short term before remortgaging once her credit improves.0 -
Starting to panic now our application is in 😬😬😬Having to go with Precise due to DMP which will be fully paid on completion. Anyone got any experiences and timescales for us to expect. We accepted an offer on our current property and had our offer accepted during the week so it all comes down to this application.0
