Anyone want to join me? Awaiting Mortgage decision...

Also waiting. Applied for mortgage with our bank after branch spoke to underwriters to see if we'd be considered. We meet next to none of their standard criteria but the underwriter was remarkably positive, asked for extra docs etc ... Now it's wait and see, if not we'll be paying a large fee to a contractor specialist broker!0

Can I ask which bank this is with?0 -
Documents sent back very quickly from L&C, they received them Monday and they arrived back to us yesterday via signed for post. Impressed with that!!0

update
9th Dec. Full Application submitted to halifax £500 pounds valuation fee taken
The wait continues0 -
I must say halifax have been really quick.
Full application 9/12/15
MA called to say underwriter needs my full name (including middle name) on a document 10/12/15
Sent requested document 10/12/15
Now waiting in hope0 -
Update.
The good news- Coventry asked for the valuation today and the surveyor called up this morning and has already been round to do the report (application went in 2 days ago!)
Bad News- Conventry want to see proof of consistent bonuses, so have asked for proof of bonuses for the last 2 years. My salary nearly doubles with monthly bonuses, sometimes it might be £200, sometimes it might be £3,000...so i hope it doesn't cause problems.
4th Dec- Mortgage affordability with broker
5th Dec- Offer accepted
8th Dec- Decision in Principle
9th Dec- Application with all documents submitted
10th Dec- Proof of consistant bonuses over 2 years requested
11th Dec- Mortgage Valuation booked in and done on the same day0 -
Quick update
14/12 requested details of notice of correction on file and sent to underwriter
15/12 Called halifax and was told its been approved subject to valuation.
Fingers crossed it all goes well0 -
Our property search was far from straight forward however our mortgage application seems to be much smoother (so far!):
8/12 DIP
10/12 Full application submitted
11/12 Valuation booked for 17th
...the waiting game has now started!0 -
I'm playing the dreaded waiting game too.
Using Woolwich.
30/11/15 submitted full application after DIP.
30/11/15 provided all documentation.
1/12/15 valuation instructed
4/12/15 valuation completed
7/12/15 broker said application signed off but problem with valuation address (new build so new address) and said another 4 working days before it goes to offer
14/12/15 broker said lender still hasn't had the amended valuation. Esurv contacted and surveyor asked to resubmit valuation with correct details. Lender not really chasing after the valuation so broker doing much of it.
15/12/15 chaser put in to lender.
All this time the track it system shows that application has not started and valuation instructed and not yet complete despite this already been done.
This waiting is torture! Anyone else applied through Woolwich?0
