Send the letter Stroma did in Post 60

Will I write this even if im the keeper?.. sorry for all the questions0

Yes it's fine. They will reject your appeal but will send you a 10 digit code to use at the independent appeal service POPLA.
When you get this code pop back and say you have a POPLA code. You will then get help with an appeal that will see them off.0 -

You are writing as the keeper of the vehicle on the day, as defined by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, don't ever admit you were the driver of this, even if you were. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Hi again guys,
Received a letter from these guys and I need to provide evidence I did actually go into the store that day. I have no receipts as used cash that day, is there any thing else I could provide?
Thanks0 -
Did they actually provide you with a code for popla ? Have they rejected your challenge to them? Did you send them the letter I suggested above?

Hi Stroma,
I first received the parking charge notice I panicked phoned them up and told them I had actually been in the store during the time and they said to appeal through their website and attach any evidence, I don't have any receipts nor does my mum and dad from that day, a couple of days ago i received another letter from them regarding the appeal and that i needed to provide suitable documentation. I don't know what to do as like ive said ive got nothing to prove that i was in the shop0
