Hey guys,

Any advice or help with would be super.

Received a parking charge notice in the post today from Parking Eye for parking in a car park for over the 2 hours period, I parked, popped over the road then returned and moved my car to another bay, i wouldn't have parked in this place if i knew i wasn't going to be going into the store. Anyways i rang up Parking Eye and told them i had actually used the store and not just parked there and she said to forward across any evidence from that day along with the appeal, well i haven't got any so was wondering what else i could use instead to prove i had been in store that day.. Please help :(

Please edit your post as you are identifying yourself on a public forum, see my signature below.

As for what to do , can you answer a few questions? Did you receive the notice to keeper within 14 days ? Is this England or Wales ? Are you over 18 at the time of parking ?

In that case you need to challenge this fake ticket, if they reject take it with our help to popla the independent appeals, just send them this below as your first stage challenge, and read the current threads to see what private parking and popla is

    Name
    Address

    Date

    Dear Parking Eye,

In reference to the speculative invoice xxxxxx dated xxxxxx, the keeper denies all liability to your company as it is an unlawful punitive charge, thus a penalty! If you reject this challenge the keeper requires within 35 days a popla verification code for them to appeal independently, per Version 3 of the BPA Code of Practice.

The keeper has nothing further to add, and will not respond to any generic correspondence from your company unless it contains the popla code, furthermore the keeper is fully aware that you must pay £27+Vat for this, so don't forget!

The challenge will be deemed accepted if there is no popla code on any rejection that you supply within the time-frame stipulated above.

    Yours Faithfully

    Your name (printed)

How can I change my personal details stroma, im getting a little scared now

Scared of what ? This is just a civil matter, parking eye won't send the boys around. The reason to remove identifying information is to not aid them in their nefarious business. When you send the letter they will know it came from here as they must have received it hundreds of times.

We are not worried about that as it is as generic as their rejection will be, it's a game and in your case if you just follow the advice you will win at popla, currently we and pepipoo.com are running at a 100% success rate.

No worries and nothing more than a couple of emails and some research on your part. This will help you

Well if that is your real name then you've been clocked already. But that is nothing to worry about, it just makes what they do (scamming) a little easier.

But that doesn't mean they will win the fight, we dismantle their entire basis of these unlawful penalties at popla, we haven't lost a case since about February, and providing you follow the advice that will continue.
