Evening all,

Been a beautiful day here to-day, didn't spend much time outside as can't handle the sun, but did manage to get the washing up to date.

Going to Cork on bus/train....am a little miffed that my dear children seem to think that 200 miles is a drive too far, but as it will cost nothing....everybody over 66 has free travel here....I suppose I might as well take advantage, would be about €50 for petrol for return journey so that much saved.

We had steak and stir fried veg for dinner to-day, used up all the stuff that would be gone over by the time we come back, worked well and we both enjoyed it.

Dogs off to kennels in the morning, Mossy is particularly fond of the owner of this one, so no trauma.

LW...sorry to hear about Mary .

Sorry too to hear about terminal illness of young people, seems to happen too often nowadays.

Hugs to all in need or want of one, happy holidays for those heading away, enjoy the good weather wherever you are.
