they should try neighbours
however it takes time and in the world of RM,time is king and tight in many cases

Recently I ordered a package and it was left with a neighbour who then decided to leave it outside the front of my house!

It was worth £800 and luckily nobody nicked it but this could have been a nightmare had it gone missing.
