nor in my, it always goes back to the depot.
althou maybe its based on location, as the depot is on the same road as i live so its only a short walk to pick it up
it is national,however it is not a set rule for delivery staff
they should try neighbours
however it takes time and in the world of RM,time is king and tight in many cases0 -
Recently I ordered a package and it was left with a neighbour who then decided to leave it outside the front of my house!
It was worth £800 and luckily nobody nicked it but this could have been a nightmare had it gone missing.0
