I've only read the first 2 lines so apologies for missing anything.
Many people access the forum from small screen devices, if you want help you need to make it possible for people to read your posts.
Posting without decent punctuation and paragraphs makes it very difficult, ask yourself, why should people try and help when you are making it difficult?
Why is it so difficult to just hit or touch "Return" every few lines?
One does text; do I punctuate? On a small screen device? No, because its a small screen device. So what's the problem? You people are. You cannot give advice; perhaps it's not your subject; OK. But it seems to me that because one member attacked my first post there are people out there that jump on the band wagon. They want to be popular. You stated right away you only read two lines; why? There may have been something interesting in my post for you. I may have had found the meaning of life, I may have a map to a hidden treasure. O well your loss. Am I bovered? Not in the least. Perhaps there is someone out there that may have some decent advice; is that not what this is all about? Got some news today anyway from Sky... :beer:0 -

This must be a wind up .
Why is it so hard to break up a block of text so people can read it?
I'm sure now you are just posting for a reaction by repeatedly posting one large block even when people ask you not to, AND explain why it's beneficial to show some decent posting skills.
I give up on this, if you really wanted help you wouldn't be so uncooperative and insistent on trying to be argumentative.
Good luck with your Sky dealings.
PS: I've shown how easy it is to paragraph, just FYI.====0 -
I'm another person who cannot read posts without it being split in to paragraphs.

I too cannot understand your reaction when people are only posting tips to help you get more responses and now after your reactions I certainly will not bother.0

You may want to break the block of text up.
She might have Javascript disabled in her browser and not realise it, this would cause the reply box not to pickup the line breaks in her response.0 -

Unfortunately not, it appears to be deliberate. Amongst one of her posts were these gems.GrannyKtee wrote: »

Do you judge people on how they present their posts?
I just wanted to get my situation across not to get bombarded with comments about my abilities!
Or Lack of them.
I don't need any schooling on how to use a keyboard, I use one everyday @ work; oops sorry at work!
I am no dumb ill educated individual that your comments make me out to be.
If you find them hard to read then don't read them!====0 -
There's nothing wrong with the punctuation (or spelling). It's just the lack of paragraph breaks that makes the text tedious to plough through and makes it appear that the poster is uneducated and couldn't care less.
Unfortunately, first impressions count and the clear statement that the poster doesn't want to make the text easy to read is conclusive. So I'm out.0 -
It is okay to post on forums to seek help to problems that you are unable to solve on your own ... but .... requests (from those interested in helping you solve your issues) to make it a bit easy for them to read through "your problem(s)" bugs you so much????
Some attitude! :eek:0
