Where to go now - Orange (EE) breach of contract

Basically, Orange raised their prices this year. Unfortunately for them, the T&Cs I signed up for included a term that was unenforceable as described on http://www.tomforth.co.uk/orange/ - that they can increase prices by an amount equivalent to the inflation figures published by the Central Statistical Office, which actually closed in 1996.

The term as such is invalid, and many people have managed to cancel their contract. I'm having real trouble doing so, however.

So far I have:
- Called cancellations, to be told no
- Written in with no response
- Emailed the CEO Office, to be told no and that the information is incorrect
- Written in with a filled out copy of a CISAS form, with no response

The contract itself hasn't been paid for a month, am I right in thinking I should bring it up to date and keep paying until the issue is resolved and claim any monies back later?

Also, how would I go about escalating further - straight to CISAS?

Thanks in advance.
