DD just stirring now, she has been asleep for 3hrs  doesn't bode well for tonight...

We went to mr a and got hardly anything off our list but I did get some snacks for on the plane. Our flight is at 6.15 so expecting littlies to need lots of little treat size offerings that morning! We did have an incident out shopping though... She was sat in the trolley, but quite bouncy (see she is feeling better!) and despite me warning her she bopped her nose on the trolley handle. Cue wailing and blood :(

ETA - we've just "been" still not happy but it was much quicker and less traumatic so I can see an improvement. Need to think about what to do about nursery tomorrow...

We go to Ibiza soon (10more sleeps!) - I used to love getting huge bags of cherries on holiday as a kid from the Spanish markets...

Must get on, seems to be stuff everywhere...

    bless.

Have made a blackcurrant pie. Blackcurrants from garden, whoopsied pastry 24p plus a bit of sugar, time and energy (for the oven) have also made 9 jam tarts. DS thought 3 were marmalade - no, they're apricot. 3 strawberry and 3 blackcurrant. No doubt they will be gone as soon as they are cool enough to eat...

    Hi Bossy x
Sorry that your LO is having troubles going. It reminded me that I went through a phase like this with my youngest son. It turned out that he didnt like to use the loos at play school and combined with a hot few days had not been drinking enough. We saw the GP who found that he had a tiny anal fissure. It was so very painful for my son and your description reminded me of it. I think he was given pico lax and it healed quickly.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

We had issues when DS3 was about the same age as Missymoo with a fissure too... We used califig for him.. lactulose gave him awful tummy cramps.

    Hi everybody. :o
Sorry for my absence again. I have been hovering constantly but no time to post due to the hassles of the end of our contract year and getting revenue in by due dates. However, it's looking good, our line manager is thrilled with our team, the operations manager is thrilled with all the teams....now we just wait to see if the MD is as thrilled!

Also, I passed my Reflexology Diploma - with a Credit! :j I'm so thrilled. Everything else (Anatomy & Physiology, Holistic, Sports) were a Pass. I've also, in a moment oof madness, put my name down for Aromatherapy starting in September, as it's not very likely that we will be on the move before next year now.

DH had an offer from the insurance company for £5000, after 19 months off work and no sign of a return in the next six months! He will also not be able to return to that employer as he won't be able to do the job! We have a meeting with a barrister on Friday :undecided and have been warned it will be going to "trial" - their word, not mine. And having just confirmed with my Line Manager that I could go with DH to the appointment, the Lead Tutor asked me to run a maths workshop for her - I'm not a Tutor, I'm an Assessor. Anyway, I've said I can do the morning if someone takes over at 12. Wish me luck! _pale_

I gave up on the pot plants after about an hour today as I was beginning to ache. Have done about half the garden. Rest of day, have just been browsing the forums.
