Hi all

Happy birthday Froddington
Bossy hope DD is feeling better

Was at the paid stuff this morning (1st Sat morning working my new hours, will be doing every other Saturday morning).

Managed WM x 1 and hung on line before I went to work. Bed stripped, WM put on again and was done when I got home. Also hung out. Both loads on washing brought in when dried.

Had a nice trip to the garden centre (again!). Have managed to plant most of the new plants this evening, the garden is starting to take shape. Hopefully I can spend August appreciating my hard work and actually relaxing in the garden rather than toiling in it.

Oh! Just remembered I need to remake my bed with fresh linen.

I have been partying too. It was an 80th Birthday party for my good friend's mum. We had doyleys, and china cups and saucers, and china plates and dainty open sandwiches and bite-sized eclairs and a FANTASTIC lemon drizzle cake (guess who made it;)) - we KNOW how to party here. What with living in close proximity to the Devonshires .

Hi all . I managed to get a fair amount done on Friday evening before work. Stripped our bed and sprayed the whole upstairs with flea spray as we seem to be over run. Got the guys to sleep downstairs Friday night and then got DH to hoover downstairs and flea spray as he went out of the door. Gah, when I got up last night I got eaten alive in the lounge as I was the first munchable since the spray went down .
Hopefully it's done the trick though.
Also managed several loads of washing and DH has started on the uniform buying ready for September. Ours are in school on Monday but in non uniform so they can get sorted now. DD's jumpers are to go to DS as she's off up to secondary school in September :eek:.
Hope for more flying this week .

It's quite nice, actually

But, I did have washing to do. Although its only DS bedding really, and won't be needed until the next change.

DD seems lots happier, had a settled night and not much else to report, other than she's put her new necklaces on her toy dog

We are going to pop to mr a this morning, need a couple of bits for pack up, a birthday present, a Hawaiian shirt and grass skirt, and a couple of hula hoops, lol.

DS room is all done except I need to wipe the top of the drawers under his bed. DD room is done, my bed needs straightening and I need to bag up the outgrown clothes dumped in the spare room. Actually, there are clothes bins at mr a so might take them there...

I even found a home for my box of hol clothes so they are not sat around annoying me!

Busy week this week, DS starts at summer club tomorrow so may need to settle him in there (and collect his bottle of sunscreen from preschool), I'm working Mon-Wed, seeing friend Thu then haircuts in afternoon, kids party Friday (in the eve I'm planning a mini-home-pamper). On Saturday I'm taking kiddies to ILs as I'm on my spa weekend, so need to pack for that too!

My little tiny diary is clogged up with reminders!

Nice and cool here first thing but forecast to get hotter. Bossy you are so organised.

Priority plan in order:

Tax return No 3
Strip all 3 beds
Look at paint samples, possibly get more
Cut he hedge
Plan out last 4 plants
Empty the 2 cupboards which will sell on ebay tonight and find home for the stuff
Prep and cook BBQ
Bit of ironing

DH should be decorating today

Morning all, looks like there could be rain here today. At least it's abit cooler.

Only one child up so far.... DD and friend spent most of the night giggling and DD with a full face of make up done by said friend. So I don't expect them up too early today.

When DD does get up she can get a bath and pack her bag up. Think i'll move one of the boys into her bedroom while she's away. DS1 has football all of next week so I need to do a pack up tonight and make sure he has all ready. DD then needs lifted Tuesday evening (long ole drive). Plus Tuesday we're going to pick out our new puppy, need to put a deposit down (won't be ready to leave his mother until middle of August).:j

So today will be giving the house a good tidy, some washing done, meal plan for week and get organised for the week ahead. Need to sort my budget aswell plus do a list of things needed to redo DD's bedroom.

Cooler here too. DD has gone out with her dad, his partner and her grandson for the day. They've gone to a kiddies thing so it rather looks like DD is an add-on:(

Still, she's with her dad so she'll probably enjoy it.

DS is at football. Saw the peacock en route (not seen any for ages) - I'm living the dream:cool: elegance is MINE!

Back to earth with a bump - bathroom needs cleaning:rotfl:

Morning everyone. I've been AWOL for a couple of days but the only things I didn't do from the list this week is dusting high in the gym and sorting out the toiletry caddy in the bathroom, so really pleased with what I have achieved.

Today I need to wash up the breakfast dishes, hoover/mop through house, deweed planters in the garden and take the dogs for a second walk. Other than that the day is my own as DH is away. I may see if DD wants to do a pamper night tonight.

Anyway, I've had to write a list of my own for tomorrow as I have a lot to do which has to be done tomorrow. The rest of the week will be busy so I don't think I'll be doing any official flying at all.

Glad Miss Bossy is on the mend.

We're all showered, nitchecked and have had a Full English out on the patio - loving this weather for eating al fresco.

Flying - pots done, beds made, upstairs hoovered, washing brought in, folded and put away - that'll do for now.

OH has gone to help out a friend who are shortstaffed in their pub today. Me and the Kids are off to the coast, going via the tip and the Vodafone and O2 shops to sort out defunct mobiles.
