Good afternoon, I think I am slowly melting in this heat but I've had a busy day and after watching a link someone (sorry can't remember who it was ) posted earlier this week I decided to start this morning by getting rid of the frog on my list. Getting rid of the frog first has helped for the rest of today so fair to say that I am learning.

I had a nice couple of hours out with DD as I took her to see her dad at work and we had a walk round the animals at the same time. Despite the heat is was a nice afternoon and then we got an ice cream on the way back. DD is now having a nap so I am going to do HH paperwork then HHC before making the dinner.

    Manic Monday
    1. Sweep & mop kitchen floor
    2. Clear & clean kitchen work surfaces
    3. Do some course work
    4. Plant some herb seeds
    5. Sort through handbag & get rid of rubbish

    Tiresome Tuesday
    1. HH declutter in the living room
    2. Clean the fire place

    Wednesday

    3. HH declutter in master bedroom
    4. Dust & deweb hall
    5. Dust & deweb porch
    6. Clean the porch door
    7. Dust & deweb bathroom
    8. Clean the front door
    9. Get insurance quotes for the car
    10. Find old mobiles
    11. Sort through 3 bags of paperwork - file/shred

    Thursday
    1. Sort through 5 bags of paperwork - it seems never ending
    2. Do some course work
    3. Work through the mending pile
    4. Sort through work bag & get rid of rubbish
    5. Sort through recipe book & write up any that are sitting in emails

    Friday
    1. Sort through 2 boxes of paperwork
    2. Laundry (3 loads) 2/3

    7. Check bank & move money around
    8. HH sorting emails - Delete 50
    9. Complete MSing work that is in for today and look for more
    10. Surveys & daily work
    11. Do some course work
    12. Feed animals & check for eggs
    13. Water plants
    14. Make a start on meal plan for August

    Hey all

DS has gone with gramps, DD howled as she wanted her "bruvver" :( but soon cheered up when I mentioned hair clips and bracelets.

We've been to the shopping centre, quick look in m&s, then to Claire's, where she was just in awe - she loves accessories, and I've not taken her before, but granny gave her £10 since DS is going on a trip. She blew that and some besides! But, we're kitted out with Minnie Mouse rings, flowers for our hair and enough lipbalm to last till she's 20 ;)

Then she ate 1/3 of a happy meal  and demanded a lolly! So a quiet word was said about manners, and we went for cake stuff and flowers in mr s. we did buy lollies to bring home. So heading for the car, she wants to go to the cafe! Err, uneaten happy meal? No! She doesn't want to go home. She wants swimming lessons. Sensing a tantrum, I say "come on then let's go get our swimmies!" Thinking she'd forget by the time we got home.

How wrong was I? I've been told to go away, she doesn't like me she wants daddy and I'm not allowed in her park (? :D)

But she is parked on my lap and won't budge ;) Calpol, where are you???

I have sat and drank tea and chatted all day at various locations with various friends, that is all I've done.

Need to sort out dinner now and feed the mogs.

You are allowed to do this, you know! I'm sure you've flown from one friend to another! And there will be hardly any more dust in your house tomorrow or next week than there is today.

Get thee sen some buccastem from the chemist.. that stops you upchucking in minutes usually! You can get it on prescription too.. not sure if you can get it on the minor ailments.

From a family of migraine sufferers it is the only thing that does work consistently.

Piggers, Buccastem is great, I used to have it before I got pregnant with DS but it is contraindicated with my BD meds.......I went to see Kevin my pharmacist yesterday to see what he could give me, but he said the migraine had been going on too long, so he told me to see GP.

I said I would but here we are and I still haven't rung for an appointment and migraine is still here (I am not dehydrated, drinking about 3 litres a day atm)

It currently feels like brain freeze over my left eye but without the benefit of the sweet sweet icecream that normally accompanies that sensation! (as opposed to a fire axe imbedded in my skull)

Anyway flying is hard work....I did 90 mins starting at 4.30 this morning, but you wouldn't think it to look at the state of the place.......locked up the house and stayed out until it was DS nap time, then came in ......locked down behind me, walked straight passed all the mess to bed (Do not pass GO, do not collect £200 :rotfl: )

I will get a bit more done once DD3 becomes cooperative with the little ones (I have taken the scart lead out of the back of DVD player and Sky box downstairs.......evil mother that I am ;) )

    back later hopefully
The cold never bothered me anyway

My mother has all manner of meds.. inc BD meds to increase serotonin levels which is supposed to reduce migraines and she has the buccastem.. She has heart meds and angina meds and ulcerative colitis meds and all manner of other stuff too which is meant to prevent her migraines (imigran, tylex/kapake and some little blue ones I forget what they are called) and has been prescribed Buccastem for ages.. I'd question it if I were you.. it might be worth changing the BD meds.

And yes.. my mother rattles!!! lol

I found a letter from school in a book bag.. the 2 girls go back the 4th.. and 2 on the 5th and Squeak starts nursery on the 6th!

We start school on 3rd, but only 1.30 - 3.30 the first week.

Got DS some m&s polos that look a more reasonable size. He has everything he needs now. My little baby boy :D

DD is asleep, but she is not happy. I'm starting to worry about her, she's in actual physical pain when she "goes" and cries saying she doesn't want to. I'm keeping up with the meds and hoping it will have worked its way through her system soon.

Washing brought in, toy tidy done in conservatory, I'm going to attack my wardrobe. If I'm not back by midnight, send in the emergency services (and tea, I'll be needing tea... :D)

School is definitely out here. Music blaring from various directions (not next door, lol)

That would be DD3 and her vile racket.. I WILL get her listening to something decent by September if it kills me!! (or I might kill her!!) And the boys noise in the kitchen... And Dot screaming because she is a winnie.. and OH throwing a fannyfit because he is just behaving like a child!.. I'm not sure who needs the first slap!

Bed time for everyone in here I think.
