    I have sent an email with all the details to vodafone customer services via the link given in post 6.

    Please send me the PAC code for the mobile number found in the email, I am moving that number to Tesco mobile.

    I'v been having this issue since last week,

    When I log in I get this message.

    "Some parts of our site aren't available at the moment. We're working hard to get things back to normal."

    Tried using live chat but they seem more interested in finding out what you're trying to do and give you the info rather than fixing the problem.

    Have now been told it will be fixed in the next 2 hours so will wait and see.

    All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me, quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line.
