Have to disagree. Had our conservatory put in last august and have used it everyday since.

Heating consists of an £20 electric radiator that comes on at 6am for about an hour in the winter mornings.

Had Christmas dinner in there, and was eating out there when there was 6 inches of snow on the ground.

Electric usage is not noticeably higher that beforehand, based on weekly meter readings to imeasure.

Northfacing, but not overlooked so gets sun first and last thing.

Do you do everything on the cheap?

Sounds like you waste money to save it.

You wanted a snooker room so decided your dodge planning and building regs. You saved 20k but wasted 5k on a building not fit for purpose

You're not the sharpest tool in the box are you?

Keep going sunshine, you are booking a 1st class ticket off this forum, (you have already been reported by at least 2 others), and no, I won't respond in the way you want me too.

    But I will answer the only 1 sensible question you asked, quote;

"Do you do everything on the cheap?"

And the answer is yes,I do everything the cheapest way possible to achieve the result I want, you would do well to remember what the purpose of the site you are attempting to devalue with useless rhetoric is all about.

    It's a money saving forum
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

So are you saying that after putting the radiator on for an hour in the morning in winter you don't need it on again all day?

Pretty much.. might have been the odd exception, particularly when the mother in law came round, but that was the exception to the rule...

I know it's a money saving site but it has to suit the purpose and the fact your snooker room couldn't fit a table was a big own goal.;););););););););););)

The midlands, and it was 11k which was for the prep work, inc drains, install, electrics, plastering and floor tiles. Took them 2 weeks start to finish.
