But why not ask him there and then?
On the whole women are not into blokes for their physical bits (very few I have encountered ask for those kinda pics) , blokes some are into chest,legs, bums and not all at the same time so what pleases one may not interest another.
I feel you should have just asked him at the time rather than bottle it up.

As a woman we find this quite strange but you know blokes do strange stuff sometimes, taking pictures of themselves inflagrante so to speak might be one of them, if he was next to you when you were looking at his phone then I would imagine its nothing, I don't know why you wouldn't say something there and then.

Had I been flicking through my OH's phone and found such pics I'd have asked him there and then.. you say you were sitting beside him.. why did you not just ask him then??? Kind of missed the opportunity for him to be open and not deny they were ever there..

I've seen naked pics of my son on his phone.. and ribbed him about it ever since.. having nakey pics on his phone does not mean he is up to anything.. Grow a pair and ask him... we don't know why they were there.. he may just have been admiring his own physique or something equally laughable.. or not.

If he's as shy as you say but was happy to let you look through his pics, knowing full well they were on there, maybe it was his way of asking you to see them but being to shy to send them to you himself.

Why dont you send him a similar pic of yourself and see what happens? Perhaps he will gain the courage to send one back! If he asks why you sent him something like that then either tell the truth or say you wanted to experiment and perk him up a bit. See his reaction.

If you dont ask you dont know but then again be prepared to listen to the reply and not just hope to hear the answer you want. Be prepared for the next step and have a plan B too as it could go either way. Dont react with a bad reflex think it through first, theres both of your futures to think about here!

There could be a reasonable explanation.....

When I first moved in with my now husband our small daughter decided one morning to rummage through his chest of drawers beside his bed. I went to investigate (it had gone quiet) and found her with a pair of frilly black knickers on her head (not mine) and a funny assortment of ahem items scattered on the floor around her. I was absolutely mortified and tidied away quickly. I determined that I would have to drive to my husband's place of work and confront him. As I drove all sorts of scenarios went through my mind.....
Another woman?
Another man and cross dressing? (the pants were large?)

Anyway I got to his work and he walked out to see what all the fuss was about. I explained my predicament and he roared his head off laughing as these pants and items were good bye gifts from the lads where he used to work. Simple explanation and very true as he showed me the works do leaving photos.

So dont build it up in your mind - ask the question ?

If I were you i'd say to him tonight, tomorrow or whenever:

"You know the other night when I was messing around with your phone. Well I saw some naked pictures of you on it. Why did you take them? I wasn't going to say anything but its been praying on my mind since I saw them".

I'd not leave it too long before you tell him though. The longer you leave it the harder it will be to bring the subject up.
