Much better to deal with these fake PCNs head-on, now that Parking Eye have gone mad with their small claims (and so might other PPCs). Much more fun to cost them money to fund a POPLA appeal only to see their fake PCN cancelled at their own expense! And POPLA isn't binding on the motorist so you lose nothing by trying.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
