Much better to deal with these fake PCNs head-on, now that Parking Eye have gone mad with their small claims (and so might other PPCs). Much more fun to cost them money to fund a POPLA appeal only to see their fake PCN cancelled at their own expense! And POPLA isn't binding on the motorist so you lose nothing by trying.
