Are you sure it's not this lot?

Can you scan your parking charge letter, obliterate any identifying elements (name, address, car reg etc) and post in a new thread of your own so you can get personalised advice.

Here's how to upload an image:

It's the same as Rhys' above. Same wording. Same company name, they are: corporatefacilitiesservices.co.u

    I don't believe they are: corporate-group.co.uk

Unless they're allowed to use a different name? I've emailed the BPA without giving any if my details to ask them to confirm if the company is a member or not.

Good move. I'm now very much inclined to accept Stroma's links as the likely PPC.

The really interesting point will be whether you get a letter through the post from them, which would mean they have accessed the DVLA database with no just cause. Then the **** hits the fan.

Remember now - no contact with them whatsoever, and never reveal who the driver might or might not have been.

    Keep us posted.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You can also send an email to the dvla saying that they must not release registered keeper details to this non BPA AOS member, and if they do they will be acting unlawfully, so you want to know if any details have been requested, and the date of that, and who exactly has asked for the details.

Stroma is correct. CFS are based in West End area of Southampton although they boast a registered office in Surrey. Their presence is here:

    http://corporatefacilitiesservices.co.uk/

Their car park management page is singularly free of the more usual BS we have seen from many other performers in this sphere.

    http://corporatefacilitiesservices.co.uk/?page_id=62

They have contracts with W0rkman LLP - who we have seen alongside the likes of r3Pak 1ng Ye (Google Alerts - remember ) - even supplying "witness statements" to confirm the existence of contracts.

CFS's sole remaining director is a 23-year old who would seem to have taken over the company from his father who set it up in the late 90's. Not a newcomer to the facilities scene - just sussed the potentially lucrative side of "car park management" one would imagine.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • Thanks for the advice everyone. I'm going to wait and see if I get a NTK (after emailing the DVLA) and if that does happen a serious complaint will be filed. I have a couple of contacts in the DVLA who would be very helpful.

Having spoken to several people who've had charges from this same company, it looks like they HAVEN'T been contacted since. But I will keep you all informed...

    Just an update for you...

The response from the AOS investigation team:
    "Dear Ms Thomas,

    Thank you for your e-mail.

I have not been able to locate Corporate Facilities Services Ltd on our list of members.

    Kind regards,

    AOS Investigations Team"

So if anyone receieves a NTK from them they will be in BIG trouble.

  • I received a parking ticket from the corpor@te facilities services your talking about in this forum.
Parc Tawe has a 3 hour limit. I was parked there for two hours then went to tesco car park for an hour then back to parc tawe. could this ticket be inforced even if CFS are a legitimate company? as I was there for more than 3 hours but i left and came back.
    Thanks

Have you actually read this thread at all? They cannot get your details from the dvla, ignore the fake ticket! And create your own thread if you want to discuss this further.

  • yes I have read all the posts. and I haven't read anything that convinces me 100% im not going to hear from them.
I wasn't going to do anything about this ticket before reading this forum even if it is a legit company. As I left the car park then came back I wasn't there for over 3 hours at once.
