Wherefore art thou Gp?Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

You know what I reckon - she's off doing the recipes and photos for mr Jaymee as he's rumoured to be doing an actual proper frugal veggie cookbook. And he's found her thread through his research guru's and he's proper scared so he's got her in as a consultant.
She'll be dusting herself in flour and making it look 'just like one I did earlier' and writing it all up whilst taking the photos and the boys will just be in awe.
I bet ya.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Oh. My. Days.I....um, I'm....well. mmmGood Morning :hello:Um. I think I am lost for words......I don't think that there are enough of these
in the MSE library to express how humbled I am by your posts.
I don't think that there are enough of thesein the MSE library to show you how you have made me feel this morning.
And finally, I don't think there are enough of these :rotfl: in the MSE library to show me reading Pippi's post - in My dreams Lady, in My dreams.......:rotfl:I'm sorry, I decided to take a step away from MSE. In my humble opinion, a poster elsewhere on the DFD was taking the P. Driving a coach and horses through the forum rules. Nuff said. I've not been near the computer all weekend. We've been absolutely flying as 'Team Greying' on work that contributes to.... THE PLAN.......:rotfl: (make it sound awful grand :rotfl:) and then yesterday the whole day was spent at the parentals. I am pleased to report that the allotment is now 1/4 dug and yours truly spent time dangling from a tree lopping branches which were in danger of entangling with overhead cables. NOTE: if climbing up a tree on a ladder, always tie it in yourself, never leave it to others........ or you 'dangle' more than you anticipate :rotfl:DP is fine. I've not 'despatched' him yetAnd actually, he has been a great help and support all weekend. I couldn't of achieved half as much without him.
I have updated my NSD's and CU emergency fund figure - now in 3 figures - whoop :j (from the money we got for the scrap metal - minus £7 which was invested in a new saw to [STRIKE]chop down trees[/STRIKE] cut up firewood)
 backatchya BeanieI can't remember what is for dinner tonight, but I think I've got to do a substitution. I have taken a couple of pics of dinner that I have to show you - some new recipes made, both 'keepers'.I will respond better to your lovely messages. But I've got to dash. Thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU. I really did not anticipate my absence would generate such generous support and lovely postsA very humbled Greying (who has not been optioned by JO, or any other chef, production co, or publisher)

Sorry to hear that you found some unpleasantness, but lovely that your time away was so productive for you and DP and the parentals
I love how you're surging forward with The Big Plan now that the decision has been made - and you know, if nothing else, stepping away like that has shown you how much people on here like you and what you write :kisses3:

We have not "met" before I popped my head around the gate the other day to ask where you were, I have been dropping in and reading about your daily exploits for a while now, and missed your daily updates, great to see you back.:DThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time.
