I didn't want to read and run. I can't offer any advice, but just want to say, Good Luck and I hope that horrid man gets whats coming to him.

I just read through all of this thread, what a horrible situation. Sadly I have no advice but I wanted to wish you the best of luck and say well done for fighting what sounds like a nasty nasty boss.

Good you got the resolution to move on but remember a compromise agreement is a win win for both parties, you get money and a reference and they get you to leave with no comeback.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0
