Raising a formal grievance about boss... to boss
Comments
-
I managed to get 3 written statements now, and also just got a letter from the director Im having the grievance meeting with today. It states that a trainee solicitor will also be attending to take notes and minutes of the meeting! I didnt think it was necessary for a solicitor to be present, but I assume because its a formal process they have a right to do so. This is definitely going to be a long drawn out process, any likelihood of resolving this quickly and painlessly...well, seems unlikely

Thank you for the update - I think it's worth pursuing, even if the process stretches on a bit; no-one should be allowed to get away with the sort of behaviour to which your boss subjected you.
Keep smiling! x0 -

Just caught up with this thread. Best of luck. It takes a lot of courage to go through something like this.Mortgage when started: £330,995

If you were to claim unfair dismissal, it starts from the day of dismissal.

Excellent! Thank you

Great to know you're still alive and keeping your spirits up.
Quite how they've got the nerve to contest your side of events (particularly as you have the witness statements), I don't know. Stay strong and keep smiling. x
Thinking of you and really hoping that all turns out well for you and Mini-Frikkadel!
