    Trebor2013 : Don't worry, there's some other ppl in this forum who also had a random audit, as long as u can provide the infor they asked for, u should be fine; but it wud defo delay the process. Fingers crossed for u.
    Have u have the valuation done yet?

    Ok thats comforting to hear. As you've probably seen in another thread, they asked for the front cover of a payslip to prove who the payslip was from (The Co-Operative), proof of deposit (which my broker had any way) and then questioned how i travelled to work :S

    I'd like to think if they wanted to see anything else, they would have asked for it in one go!!

    Broker now has the information needed to go back to the under writers, so it's a case of now playing the waiting game...again!

    Our valuation was done on 4th July and we received the valuation report/environmental searches on the 9th July.

    Valuation carried out on the 5th July.
    Debt free as of 7.20am on 31st December 2012.
