Hi. I have emailed them the template you give me and they then told me that in order topprocess my appeal they will need full name of driver. Would you advise I give it to them or is it bulls***? Thanks.

Rubbish. Refer them to this on the POPLA web site http://www.popla.org.uk/makinganappeal.htm#whocan

    Who can appeal to POPLA?
POPLA may only consider appeals against a parking charge notice issued on or after the 1 October 2012 by a member of an Accredited Trade Association (ATA). At present, the only ATA in place is the Approved Operator Scheme (AOS) administered by the British Parking Association (BPA).

For more information on the BPA and the AOS, including a list of AOS members, please go to the BPA website Opens in a new window.

Anyone can appeal such a parking charge notice providing they follow the process below. If you want someone to appeal on your behalf, such as a family member or friend, they can do so but there can only be one appeal for any one parking charge notice.

Idiots who don't even read their own rules.

So reply saying that, in accordance with POPLA regulations, the driver has instructed the keeper to respond. Refer them to the web site and include the quote.

Presume you have replied and said summat like: 'oh no I don't have to name the driver. I am the keeper and perfectly entitled to challenge your fake PCN. You have to respond to me and either cancel or give me a POPLA code in your rejection letter. I decline your invitation to name the driver, as is my right.'

I replied telling them they already had all the details they needed including my address otherwise I wouldn't have received any charge. I then referred them to the popla website

Hi. I have just received a letter through the post asking me for "evidence of my parking confirmation" in order for them to further my appeal to the p o p l a. !!!!!! does that mean? They seem to be avoiding at all cost forwarding my appeal to popla.plus it has taken over 28 days for them to send me this latest letter since they last heard from me. What do I do????

In response to the recent letter you sent dated 4th sept 2013. What exactly do you mean? you have all the details you need as you acquired them in the first place. I have asked on a number of occasions for the popla code which as of yet you have failed to send me.
I have corresponded to all of your needs but you have not done the same in return.
it was more than 35 days since I asked for the popla code so I now see the case as closed.
    regards. the keeper.
this was my reply to the letter asking me for evidence of your car parking confirmation

I think they are stupid enough to think that a driver who had 'express permission' to park there by virtue of being an employee, is somehow going to want to produce some sort of 'confirmation' of that to random profiteering scumbags. Hmmmm!

Hi. my case still doesn't seem to be closed. would I be right in suggesting that if they fail to reply to any e mail of mine within 35 days that they no longer have any case open with me? they have sent me a form to fill out for p o p l a appeal name address etc

What? You have a POPLA code? Since when? It only lasts 28 days and that is your 'golden ticket', surely you realise this having read a few other threads.

Hi. I have received a letter today from the vcs. they have given me a form to fill out for p o p l a. however the the letter they sent me attached to this form is 2 days over the 35 day. In which I believe they have to reply? my last e-mail to them was on the sixth of september they have replied via letter which has dated on it the 11th of october but I did not receive it until today the 13th of october which is 37 days so does that invalidate parking charge on me? Thanks
