I'm sorry but I don't know what you are reading but there are thousands of threads on here about what happens, perhaps you need to read the current forum?

In regards to your fake ticket. Did you get it through the post or on the vehicle? Are you the registered keeper? Are you over 18? When approximately did you get this? Be general as in the last week or so for example

recieved it end of june....over 18 and registered keeper. through the post. I appreciate what you say about thousands of answers but ive read around one hundred, of people saying they have recieved ticket and then other people giving them advice not to pay but not one person who actually recieved one then telling of the out come. just general speculation.

What does that tell you then ? It means that nothing happens in a vast number of cases, we ask people to come back but very few do.

Can you just confirm whether you were ticketed on the vehicle, or through the post, if the latter did you get it within 14 days ? The reason I ask by the way is that we can tailor the advice a little better for you

Are you in time to appeal?

Why not read the current threads on page one of this forum (never mind Liverpool or VCS cases, ANY cases on page one will assist you!).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.
We workers all love it and the ppc hate it :rotfl:

Yes that is helpful. So when you say ppc are you referring private parking companies?

So did you just ignore all their letters and threats or do you recommend I reply to them?

Well providing you are within time , send this to get the popla code to appeal independently. It's generic and in the third person as they are almost certain to turn down any appeal to them. We can help you with popla, don't do it yourself as it will fail

    Dear VCS,

In reference to the speculative invoice xxxxxx dated xxxxxx, the keeper denies all liability to your company as it is an unlawful punitive charge, thus a penalty! If you reject this challenge the keeper requires within 35 days a popla verification code for them to appeal independently, per Version 3 of the BPA Code of Practice.

The keeper has nothing further to add, and will not respond to any correspondence from your company unless it contains the popla code, furthermore the keeper is fully aware that you must pay £27+Vat for this, so don't forget!

The challenge will be deemed accepted if there is no popla code on any rejection that you supply within the time-frame stipulated above.

    Yours Faithfully

    Your name (printed)

Another thing I forgot to mention was that I contacted Liverpool airport and asked them if vcs and them selves have an arrangement in place giving vcs legal authority to pursue these charges. They said yes
