PM
don't read too much into what the doctors say. A baby grows when it wants to and can have growth spurts and then slow downs. I bet the baby catches up with the average growth rate soon. Try not to worry though as baby will get bigger just give it time.
((hugs))

Good morning guys
I still have a lot of pain from the shingles but the spots are going slowly. Just got to put up with it and hope it goes soon. I bet I am one of the unlucky ones where the shingles pain lasts months or even years.
PM ((hugs)) try and relax more hun. Eat plenty of fruit and veg and get lots of rest. Then your giving your baby the best chance of growing.

. The cucumber plant someone gave me is growing well now, it's over 3 feet tall.
Last night we had a beef casserole with 4 home grown veg - poatoes, carrots, onion and peas.
I do hope the shingles pain goes soon CW....:(
