    Heard my name mentioned....

Only been a postie 18 months, still wet behind ears... no point me giving advice like that as it's prolly wrong, as our delivery office, like so many others, is screwed.

Yous prolly wont like this but if I had any postal queries that wasn't things I could almost handle like stamp prices or other carp, I'd speak to custardy. He'll tell it like it is, maybe in a tone or style you don't like or care for, but... he's right.
Golly, I've got the newt pregnant...

As to the OPs question, surely this is criminal, and as such should be reported to the Police. Even if Royal Mail or the sorting office won't divulge company information to you, if you make it an officially reported crime- or crimes(multiple thefts, possibly multiple offenders) then surely the Police have the power to see the results of a summerary dismissal.

Yes, there has to be some communication with the complainant.

If you google Royal Mail Complaints Procedure (it wont let me paste the link because I'm new :()

    communication is not full disclosure

The thing is I don't want to get the police involved incase the postie is innocent I just wish royal mail would say either way what the outcome was. Should i call the police and report it? wouldn't royal mail do this if they found the postie stealing? I know its internal private info but since its my stuff and personal info at stake surely they should tell me what happened and why the postie is no longer!?

RM can bring their own criminal cases
You are asking for private information about someone.
No matter how you phrase it.again if it is a disciplinary matter then its not public information
    You complained 3 days ago.
RM simply dont suspend staff on the whim of one complaint
so there's either an ongoing case or its simply coincidence

I hope you get it all sorted :) I just wanted to ask if it's okay at what point did you realise something is definitely going on as I've had a few things going missing in the past couple of weeks
