Mummy86, all I can say is I hope you get sorted and your identity is kept safe. I don't understand the rules and regulations or laws of the Post Office so (according to Custardy) I should keep my opinions to myself and trap firmly shut! Custardy - I hate hate custard - usually full of lumps and too thick for me! Good luck Mummy86!
:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea

We had similar issues, my letters went missing, magazine subscriptions were opened and the freebie removed and worst of all lots of mail from addresses not even in my street. Complained to the royal mail who said they would look into it and never heard anything, then we too got a new postie. Unfortunately now I get mail in big lots every four days and yesterday I had a knock at the door from the postie who lost his mailbag and was wondering if I had picked it up!!!! Saw him twenty minutes later with mailbag and found out from neighbour he found it in the bushes at the lane where he had gone for a pee! The mail is a joke up here.
Starting afresh - comping as much as poss!

Hoping for: some beauty goods, clothes, amazon vouchers, anime, manga, wardrobe, fridge freezer, laptop, an ipad, vouchers for next, exercise goods, a uk break and a wee hol somewhere nice!
    Wishing all a little luck:beer:

He's a question for you custardy?

Don't go splatting your custard in places where people don't like desserts? Comprehend?

We don't want your rudeness, we're not at school therefore no education is required thank you. Take your custard elsewhere before I fart on it!

See someone who has been rude today? Mrbumfart is on the way!
Seen a post that's broke your heart? I'll be there to do a fart!

    "He's"?
    I think you mean here's.

Lol I don't think there's a war, just a difference of opinion - hence trying to lighten the mood with a pic.
Smile ladies and gents, it's been another beautiful day :D

Just like any other big company
    internal procedures aren't disclosed
If you got a disciplinary at work, would you expect it to be public knowledge?
unless a criminal case comes to court, then you are unlikely to ever know

Yes, there has to be some communication with the complainant.

If you google Royal Mail Complaints Procedure (it wont let me paste the link because I'm new :()
