Well the house is hoovered and I am clean, you'll be glad to know but its already too hot to do anything else. So after perusing MSE for a while, I will do my nails in the garden and relax out there all day (in the shade Piggers).

we had thunder and lightning on saturday afternoon it struck a house on the next estate to us and set the rooves alight!! (two semis) couldnt believe it when we drove past and saw all the smoke poor family were on holiday what a horrible thing to come back to. when we drove past again this morning fire crew and blue lights were back again dont know if that meant it was still smouldering. cant believe something as bad as that can happen from a rumble of thunder and bit of lightning. we had got huge hailstones falling while the sun was out as it was happening. everyone on that area said it was a massive bang like an explosion. thank god no one was hurt.

Girls clothes and mine repacked ready to load into the car.

Dot's cot needs putting down and I shall go strip the sheets off the bed.. Other than that and refilling the cool box I think I have done pretty much everything I can manage.

Supernoodles and chocolate buttons and one polo for breakfast :p Most nutritious.. :p

Bossy - hope you took a picture!

Have washing out - just did a mixed (colours) load - black; and white, and pink were in there so stuck a colour catcher in - nothing on it! Normally |I'm neurotic about not mixing colours but there wouldn't have been a load had I not flung them all in together. Maybe I should relax a bit - especially as all items in the load had been washed many times, so the chances were they wouldn't leach dye. Wonder if I can use the colour catcher again?

Oh Wolfy - I used to have to wear them. They used to reek. (((hugs)))

I've had to use my inhaler. This means I must report back to the Docs at some point and it looks like a side effect of hay fever (the wheezing). I'm supposed to be going for a hike on Tuesday with my class. This could be interesting - it's out in the country - hmmm.

Trying to persuade littlies to some quiet time. They have a sofa each, with a little bed made up. DS has a sore eye (sunscreen I think) so a cold damp flannel. I've told him if he rests his eye closed it will clean itself ;)

DD is whispering but I think if I ignore them long enough she might nod off. Famous last words.

We're supposed to be going to my aunts in an hour or so. Kids have just eaten but there's not a lot in to take them some tea. Bread and butter ;) there is always some form of baked goods at my aunts though...

Actually I do have more photos to do for ebay
Trial run of making mini quiches for cricket tea
    Towels in WM

Going to have a cold drink then hoover upstairs and collapse.
