If I have a bill, it will be paid as soon as I get 5 minutes to pay it. I'm actually on my online banking paying a bill now. I've never had a 'late' marker on my files, but they are more than entitled to do so.

After two months of non-payment, the company is more than entitled to default you.

I always pay bills on time and in this case i pay everythink they ask me to pay what else i had to do!! Yes i should not cancel db but i call them in 10 days after payment should go from my account... where i was late ???

Has the £70 been paid now?

If so, and this was before the default date, it should be removed. If not, it's a correctly issued default.

I had bill only for 1 pound i got it 11 june call them to pay it guy on phone said i need to pay 70 told him that when i call 9 june they say i need nothink to pay, so he told he will investigate and call me back ... i got no call from him 12 june i call again and ask what i need to pay ladu says 1 pound i pay it ..

Then a formal complaint needs to be made to them in writing, to ask them to look into the matter.

In this case you should raise a formal written complaint and address it to the "Data Controller" at 3 requesting they update the data to reflect the correct status of the account.
