Been at WATERLOO @ 7am, total chaos, staff say the stand will reopen at 1030, not sure. I don't think the form means anything, as it can be easily mass photocopied!

That is quite true (why didn't I think of that!), I will take the form back with my toothbrush this afternoon on my way home and see what happens!

Not very well organised at all though!

I posted mine, without charger in a padded envelope.......

If the button gets knocked/pressed it'll start buzzing.....

And due to the shape of it.....

The postie might mistake it for something else!?:o

It is closed for today, advice to follow ColgateUK for plans, but honestly I don't see there is a (good) way out.

Came back from Waterloo about 10 mins ago. I was lucky enough to 'shoulder' my way to the centre - right in front the booth. I would say there were about 100 people all crowding round the booth (no queue). No colgate staff to be seen. Police came after a while asking people to leave. Then a poor bloke who didnt work for colgate got told to put up posters saying the BrushSwap was closed for today!

What a waste of time :(

The poster advised to keep checking #brushswap for updates. @colgateuk have said they are looking at ways to re-open again this week - so no guarantees!

I see MSE are still to update there "Current Colgate Deals" page. it would be a shame if someone went down to Waterloo on the back of reading the Newsletter.

That thought crossed my mind as well :D I switched mine on and left it on the side to run the charge down.

Wow! I guess I really was very lucky; I was able to get my brush on Monday after passing on a whim at 5pm (30 mins of a queue) The guy I spoke to did say they were able to be quite generous that day but pre-warned me that it may not be the case as the week goes on due to limits on the stock they have and wanting/needing it to last the full week and when it returns the week after next.

I was just wondering if anyone knew the scope on what was happening currently? I've a friend and a relative who want to take up the offer but I'd far rather warn them to avoid this if they aren't giving anything away anymore. Are they still doing this or is it a case of turn up at 5:30am for an envelope to return at 10:30am (as neither person can do this) or can you just turn up and queue once.

Ok I am obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed this morning...

When this deal first came out I registered online and printed out the free post address with my return address within

I didn't bother with the Waterloo "in person" approach

Now after all this fiasco I am unsure if I can still package and send away the toothbrush?
don't judge me - i already know my flaws

The promotion in the station is being run seperatley to that of the postal promotion....

If you send yours postal, (and they still have stock as there was only 4,500 for the postal promotion) then you will get one
James thinks worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere

If i help you...Please thank me!
