E mailed and asked and got a very quick reply saying " If you registered and got through to the confirmation and freepost address you have successfully registered" and to send my brush.:) and they will send a new one.

If you are right about getting the confirmation I am one happy bunny. I managed to get a new one which im glad about had a sonicare tooth brush about 2 years old and im happy to be getting a different make. Although I think they are fabulous I just hate how the water gets underthe head and turns to black gunk if you forget to clean it. thanks for posting. ive sent mine of now just to wait

Can I ask how you posted it. Was it in a box like they said or padded envelope and did you ask for proof of posting. Thanks

I put it in a padded envelope and posted it at the post office but I think you can put it in the letterbox. as they stated in t&cs that proof of posting didn't matter. I didn't see that you had to put it in a box. do you have to?

I just checked t&cs again and you don't need to send it in a box. but term 8 Successful applicants will be sent their Colgate® ProClinical® C200 brush within 28 days of their qualifying brush being received. Applicants will not be notified of the receipt of their brush and so may wish to request a proof of postage when posting their brush.

But im guessing that's incase anything goes wrong I don't think its a nessesity

There is a message on their website now stating:

"Our online brush swap is now closed. If you registered for the online brush swap while it was open, you can see the terms and conditions of that promotion here."
