I did the same but but got another email from a different person about 24 hours after I got an out of office.

Please could you tell me the email address that confirmation email came from, thanks. I guess my next step is to claim from royal mail as I have proof of posting but I think that's going to fail as I have no proof of purchase for toothbrush

Oh, I didn't get that, maybe I should try emailing again. The email address my confirmation email came from was:

They've told me without my confirmation email they can't look into it......pretty upset and mad now.

I don't know how they have kept records of who applied, I guess there must be a way of knowing.
I'm not giving up yet, even if it's only worth £20 I still gave them a useable toothbrush which would have cost me at least that amount.

I was successful and got the 'You've won' email and my hubby didn't. I printed off the form and sent it off in my name and today a toothbrush came in my hubby's name. Has anyone else found this to happen?
